Beijing Zhudu Fangyuan Architectural Design Co., LTD. formerly was a branch design office attached to Beijing Capital Engineering Co., LTD. established in April 1993. Now it is licensed independently as a grade "A" architectural design office, with 52 professional personnel and 22 of them are senior architects and engineers. They have rich experience in the field of architectural design. So the office is able to handle projects of different types from feasibility studies to schematic design, preliminary design and working drawings. We will make on-site inspection periodically as we consider necessary to inspect generally the progress and quality as per agreed specification. During on-site inspections we will endeavor to guard the client against defeats in the work of construction from the beginning to the completion of the project.
